Description:
We are looking for a flexible and highly organised individual for this hands-on and varied temporary role within a public sector organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR administrative support service to managers and staff.
The role:
• First point of contact for all queries from staff around HR processes including payroll, ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
• Maintaining and updating HR and payroll records and databases
• Processing starters and leavers details and monitoring probationary reviews
• Providing assistance to staff and managers on HR process and procedures
• Working with the recruitment team, including document checks, assisting with testing and attending interviews
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
• Good standard of literacy and numeracy, preferably with CPP certificate
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Previous experience of pay and salary systems
• Self-motivating with the ability to work independently aswell as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills and a high level of attention to detail
Salary and Benefits:
• £10.00 per hour
• Part-time 20 hours per week
• Flexible working hours
