Description:
We are looking for a flexible and highly organised individual for this hands-on and varied temporary role within a public sector organisation. Providing full HR Officer-Level support to managers and staff. This Temporary Contract is for 2-4 months.
The role:
• Providing day-to-day advice on HR policies and procedures including employment law, employee relations and terms and conditions of service to managers and staff
• Managing recruitment campaigns from administering advertisments and interviews through to testing and making offers of employment
• Providing advice and support on occupational health matters
• Maintaining the HR information system, producing reports and statistics
• Producing and managing correspondance to staff including contracts and amendments to terms
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
• Previous HR-Office level experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of HR computer packages
Salary and Benefits:
£15.00-£18.00 p/h + holiday pay
