This professional organisation is recruiting an experienced Sales Executive who will be responsible for proactively seeking opportunities to sell products and services to existing, new and potential contractors whilst working to monthly and yearly sales targets.
The role:
• Achieving set monthly and annual revenue targets
• Negotiating sales proposals and closing sales in agreed timescales
• Sourcing and developing sales opportunities and potential customers
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and accounts
• Briefing consultants and team members to maintain relevant information flows
• Maximising sales by cross selling products
• Occasional travel to meetings outside of the London area
Skills, qualifications and experience:
• Educated to a Degree Level or equivalent
• Previous experience in a sales role essential, ideally dealing with customers face-to-face
• Training sales experience would be advantageous
• Proven experience of working to tight deadlines
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to travel and flexible approach to working unsociable hours as required
Salary and Benefits:
• Salary £25,000 - £28,000 + annual bonus (Roughly £8,000 - £10,000 in Year 1)
• 23 days holiday + bank holidays
