ADMINISTRATOR £21,000pa + BENS £21,000pa + BENS REF: OA-AL

Description:
This regulatory body is looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Administrator to support a team with the day-to-day running of its Operations.

The role:

• To provide general administrative support to the Line Manager and other members of staff as requested
• To arrange regular meetings and oversee all aspects of organisation
• To process invoices and expenses claims in a timely manner
• To keep lists and databases up-to-date providing analysis and reports when necessary
• To support the Line Manager on scheduled events and ad-hoc projects

Essential skills, qualifications and experience:

• Educated to degree level standard or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience of database administration and report generation
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications, including spreadsheet manipulation
• Must have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be able to prioritise tasks and work independently as well as within a team
