Description:
This national charity is looking to recruit a highly efficient individual to provide full secretarial, administrative and organisational support to two Directors. The successful candidate will be expected to act with tact and diplomacy at all times, whilst communicating effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels.
The role:
Manage and co-ordinate diaries and appointments for the directors, liaising with the Chief Executives office and members of staff across all levels
Organising travel arrangements and preparing monthly expenses
Drafting, typing and dispatching correspondence via various media as directed
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date system for the retrieval and storage of information
Arranging and preparing meetings, minute taking and producing agendas
Researching and collating information from a variety of internal and external sources
Maintaining the utmost level of confidentialty and discretion at all times
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role with strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to prioritise workload with conflicting demands whilst working to set timelines
Ability to work alone with little supervision or need for direction
Excellent verbal, communication and organisational skills essential
Ability to deal with confidential matters whilst providing excellent customer service support at all times
Salary and Benefits:
Salary up to £24,000 pro rata
Part-Time 3 days per week
