Description:
This public sector organisation is recruiting an experienced Office Caseworker with a high level of professionalism and supervising experience to deal with enquiries and challenges in a sensitive and confident manner.
The role:
• Applying careful analysis of related documents and liaising effectively with Board Members
• Making professional decisions on challenges from solicitors correspondence
• Addressing complaints and submitting drafts to Senior Professionals
• Preparing advice and submitting recommendations
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
• Ability to deal with sensitive issues in a professional and confident manner
• Ability to work on own initiative with little supervision
• Awareness of commitment to diversity issues
• Previous significant experience of drafting letters and minutes
• Ability to analyse information and reach accurate conclusions
• Previous experience of prioritising and working to tight deadlines
Salary and Benefits:
