Description:
This national not-for-profit organisation is looking to recruit an enterprising communicator with marketing and team management experience to take on a new role within a large team.
The role:
• To manage a team of information co-ordinators and volunteers
• To carry out research in order to identify areas that need development
• To evaluate the success of marketing strategies and produce regular reports
• To present key information and maintain databases up-to-date
• To attend group meetings and produce reports and evaluations
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
• Educated to at least A-Level standard or equivalent
• Team management experience in a marketing or customer service environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with delicate situations
• Must have lots of initiative and a strategic approach
• Must have a clean full driving licence and be prepared to travel
Salary and benefits:
• Salary £35,000 per annum
• 35 hours per week
• 26 days’ holiday entitlement
