Description:
This professional membership organisation is recruiting a well organised, flexible and motivated PA to provide full secretarial support to two Directors and assisting with the administration support of the office.


The role:

• To organise personnel teams being seconded to different parts of the world
• Managing and organising busy diaries, travel itineraries and meetings
• Minute taking and handling correspondence
• Word processing, document layout and audio typing
• Confident individual who is able to work independently
• Processing payments, travel expenses and reconciling finances


Essential skills, qualifications and experience:

• Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years previous secretarial experience essential
• Excellent organisation and communication skills required
• Strong IT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000, Excel and Powerpoint
• Accurate audio typing essential, with shorthand/speedwriting an advantage
