This large membership organisation based in Central London is looking to recruit a confident and highly organised PA to provide administrative and secretarial support at director level.
The role:
The successful candidate will be able to provide full secretarial support, including drafting correspondence, managing diaries, making travel arrangements, and responding to enquiries. Additionally, you will be required to perform some financial and HR tasks, such as reconciling monthly expenses and keeping records of staff training, holidays, sickness and absence
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years administrative and secretarial experience in a demanding role
Strong minute taking skills
Shorthand or speedwriting would be very desirable
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
High standard of written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation skills with the confidence to use own initiative
Salary and benefits:
Salary: £24,000 per annum
35 hours per week
