This independent organisation is looking for an Office Administrator with good organisational and communication skills to provide administrative support and secretariat services
The role:
*To provide administrative support to staff in the running of the London office
*Responsible for office security and regulatory compliance
*Organisation of document scanning
*Administration of postal services for the office
*Co-ordination of front of house and all meeting rooms
*To provide necessary secretarial and audio typing support when required
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
*5 GCSEs or equivalent
*IT proficiency in MS Office
*Basic office administrative experience
*Good prioritising skills
