This prestigious professional body is looking for an efficient Administrator to co-ordinate its awards process and provide secretariat services.
The position is for 21 hours per week.
The role:
• To co-ordinate the awards process from receipt of applications to communication of results
• To co-ordinate award advertising strategies through a variety of media
• To liaise with assessing panels and co-ordinate interviews
• To provide committee support, including taking minutes and producing agendas
• To regularly update information on relevant web pages
• To handle all general enquiries and provide administrative support as required
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
• Educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent
• Solid administrative experience in a busy environment
• Experience of co-ordinating publicity strategies
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
Salary and benefits:
• Salary: c£22,000 per annum pro rata depending on skills
• 21 hours per week over 3 days
• 27 days annual leave (pro rata)
