Sourcing high-calibre Candidates

Excel uses a variety of methods to recruit high calibre Candidates. All Candidates are thoroughly tested and rigorously interviewed face-to-face prior to being put forward for any position or placement. All Temporary Workers are fully referenced (covering the immediate three-year period prior to registration) and ID, proof of National Insurance Number and Visa information is checked and verified in accordance with Home Office guidelines.

Developing Candidates

We believe in contributing to the continuous development of our Candidates and offer a wide range of training facilities. Our experienced Consultants are always happy to offer career and employment advice. In order to demonstrate our commitment to best practice we are currently working towards achieving Investors in People accreditation.
